got along in 5th grade, and then for some reason we hated

Sigh.
It's around 1:34 am, and I've been working on this site
like crazy for a few hours now. My eyes are getting watery,
but it's not from staring at this screen. Try as I might,
the thought of you not being here crosses my mind so often
I find it hard to concentrate. We've barely known each other
a year, but the bond between us has been as strong as if
we've grown up together. Perhaps even stronger. All I know
is, the entire time we've been friends has been an absolute
blast, and these past few weeks have been the best. The
adventures, the skid marks, the late night online conversations,
not to mention all the food [and basil]...
Shop
Rite will never be the same ever again. Or Rocky. Or anything
at Tucker's house. Or drama [I'm the #1 fan]. Or mornings
in the hallway, or Weber's [licorice pipes!], or the mall,
or Beva's, or Brenner's, or, hell, just about everything.
Remember Dumas throwing all those AOL CD's at the Regal?
All the days just hanging out at the fountain watching everyone
skate? The SPIKE and the kids we got to buy the beeswax
so I could get my quarter? Getting yelled at by cops for
being out past curfew? The shoe [you KNOW which one]? The
"family"? The donuts? Killing the ivy? BATTLEWOUNDS
AND BATTLEWAGONS! Shirley Temples? All the movies and the
guy with the gold tooth? The sunrise that we thought we
missed and the jello eating contest? Jesus. I could go on
and on for days, and still not be able to encompass all
the good times we've had together, and I won't try because
I need to leave some room on here for everyone else when
they email me. So, in closing, I'll use my favorite quote:

the world you've opened up is amazing, incredible, and as
much as I kid around and make fun of you, its all because

I haven't really known you all that long, but we still managed
to have some pretty rad (yes kids, I used the word "rad")
times. Don't forget me, my butt, or the crazy nights at
your house and all the other places we wandered to at night,

Golden Pigeon, that creepy house down the street, and so
on). Have a great next year in Brazil. Don't pet any wierd
looking animals that you've never seen before or eat anything
that possibly has one of those wierd looking animals in

CD while you're there, and find the lint roller that me
and Ryan hid in your bag before you left useful. I'll miss

sittin on your roof and watchin the sun come up that was
awesome, i think thats the only time ive seen Bridgeton

have been such a great friend to our Leila. Even in times
of ups and downs, you guys have always been there for each
other. (this could be for good or evil, not sure which)
And through you girls, I have been able to form a good friendship
with your Mom, which has meant a lot to me too. So thanks
Steph, for Leila and for me too. The first memory I have
of you is in First grade, meeting you and your mom at a
PTA open house, and thinking, " she looks so cute in
that plaid dress, why won't Leila wear a dress?" Years
later, finally, she will, when the spirit moves her.
Another
memory. Sixth grade, shopping at Deptford Mall, you were
into green frogs then. You and Leila ate soooo much candy,
the sugar high lasted well into the night, and you chewed
grape bubblegum all the way home that smelled so bad in
the car!!!! Now you are in Brazil where you'll probably
see lots of Frogs, green and multi colored, large and small,
and on the endangered list. Just don't kiss any!!! I hope
you take lots of pictures.
LSSM 8th grade graduation party - it was such a great party.
2001-2002 - too many good times to recall them all - but
you girls kept us parents on the move, and worrying more
than ever. (its always going to be like that). I am thankful
that you and Leila are friends . I think you both finally
got over worrying about "stuff" and began to enjoy
each other, there's respect in your friendship, the bond
goes beyond the LSSM thing although I think that's strong
too. And you guys have FUN together. I think that's really
lucky.
